"I bought my motorhome essentially over the phone from Kenny Merricks .He told me about the unit and when I drove to Virginia from Georgia during the weekend of the tornados ,it was pretty much as he described the unit .He even gave me my first driving lesson .Always remember the things on the left side will move but the left side DOES NOT MOVE .Pretty good advice .When I got the unit home I had a problem with the coach batteries and he split the difference with me on the cost of 4 new batteries .The young man in service stayed on the phone with me while I rewired 4 -6 volt batteries in series. He had quite a chore with an old home builder .Good people ,straight up and honest .Oh by the way this was my first motorhome . Sam Hester"

"We had a truly great experience with the dealership. We had looked in NC for over a month to find a toy hauler and most dealers only had one and some dealers did not have any. A friend told us about 007 RV, so we looked them up online. They had 48 toy haulers. We came up to VA on Oct. 22, 2011. Larry Rossi was our sales rep. He took very good care of us. "I have dealt with many dealerships over the years for different vehicle purchases but I can assure you that my experience with R.V. Outlet U.S.A. was the most pleasant of them all! Bill Galyean sold a Fifth Wheel to friend of mine last year. He told me many times how good a deal he got and how much he liked dealing with Bill. When my wife and I decided to upgrade to a Fifth Wheel I did a lot of internet research and nobody came close to the prices at R.V. Outlet U.S.A. I corresponded with Bill by email several times over a period of about 6 months and we finally decided to take a ride to the dealership on Veterans Day. Bill came right out to meet us and spent all morning showing us about 25 different units. We never felt the slightest pressure to buy. Bill came out to check on us from time to time but he never stood there looking over our shoulder. When we finally found the unit that we really loved the initial price that they gave us was thousands less than any of our local dealers before any negotiations. We worked out the financing and put a deposit on the camper before we left. When we arrived to pick the camper up the following Thursday Bill had actually found a lender that gave us an even better interest rate than the one that we had initially! I cannot speak highly enough about Bill Galyean and the hard work that he put into this purchase! Bill even came in on his day off so that we could finish the paperwork, complete the walk through and pick our camper up! If you are planning on buying a camper go to R.V. "After camping this year, we decided to upgrade to a 5th wheel. We had a 2007 Heartland Trailrunner with bunks but wanted to trade up. I like to buy local and gave our dealerships a chance around here in VT. After stumbling on your site, I was glad I did. "Last November I purchased a 2005 Forest River Cherokee 28A Lite from RV Outlet USA. The whole experience was very good. Particularly the service and specifically BJ. I was unable to immediately use my TT and took it home and parked it until the spring. Once i took the trailer out I discovered that it had a leak and was quite wet inside. I contacted my sales rep Rossi and he said i could bring it in for them to look it over. I did. It was fixed and I drove it home. A week or so passed and I discovered the leak was still there. I called back and spoke to BJ in the service department. He was very shocked to hear that the leak was still an issue. The next thing I know BJ is in my driveway more than 40 miles away to pick up my TT and take it to the shop for repair. The TT was fixed and BJ even agreed to drop my trailer a campground that I had reservations for that was between my home and RV Outlet USA. The service I received in my opinion is best described as "Above and Beyond" !! I will be back to do more business. I can't recommend RV Outlet high enough. They will take care of you. "

"Our sales rep, Randy, was awesome! Not only did he take the time to show us everything and offer recommendations, as we were looking for our first RV, but on the day we picked it up he took a lot of time to go through the RV and show us how everything works. He was always polite and attentive to any questions we had; and thats huge considering he had to deal with our two boys making so much noise. Mike, our finance rep, was also great. Very polite and energetic. He made us feel at home, to the point i almost forgot how much i was spending : ). He explained the paperwork clearly and also answered any questions without reservation. A very friendly and family oriented man. I can go on and on, but i will end with this. I have never liked dealing with auto dealers and usually leave saying i will never go through it again, but not this time. "We traveled from south Georgia, approx. 8 hrs. away, to look at a used travel trailer. When we arrived, we found that the camper was just as described. We purchased the unit and we were on our way. The staff from the lady up front to the guys in the shop were all great. We stayed at a campground that night and had a problem with the water heater. I called Billy (salesman) on his cell phone at 8:00 pm and he had BJ ( shop foreman) call me. (They closed at 3pm) BJ walked me through the problem and it worked fine. How many dealers will do that? The people are excellant and there was no pressure. We will travel back to Danville when we decide to upgrade."

"The wife and I had seen your billboard in the Greensboro area during one of our trips in the area and decided to look up your web site. We were interested in what we saw and decided to make the 1 1/2 hour trip to your facility in Ringgold Va. to look at what you had on the lot. We were not really planning to purchase an RV at that moment but we really liked the Fuzion 302 touring edition toy hauler and with all the extra's added to the unit and the fantastic price offered to us, we just didn't feel like we could pass up the deal. "My wife and I have visited many dealerships throughout Va, NC, WV and other surrounding states. Who knew that we would find the best deal within a half hour drive of our own back yard. Billy was great answering questions and leaving us alone when it was time for that too. many dealers seemed to want to show us what they wanted to sell or move off the lot. there were never any high pressure sales here. We were shown what we wanted to see. We finally narrowed it down to 3 floor plans by 1 manufacturer. Billy helped us see pros as well as cons to all 3. After we made our decision and came back to pickup the unit, it was cleaned serviced and the walkthrough was very thorough. "After an exhaustive internet search, it was clear that RV Outlet USA had the best pricing by a long shot! Then came the 4hour trip to see if it was too good to be true. Well, let me tell you, the experience once we arrived was even better than the pricing, and the pricing is everything it is represented to be. Beginning with John's lovely daughter at the front desk, followed by meeting Randy and then John (one of the owners), we met and spent the day with the most honest, sincere, genuinely friendly and helpful people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. The inventory is huge, but very well laid out by type of RV, so you don't have to waste time looking in RVs that you are not interested in. They were there to answer a hundred little questions showing the greatest patience, and then they would be gone just when we needed to talk, wander and look at more units. Then one of them would show up again just in time to answer a hundred more questions. John is a walking encyclopedia on the technical details, which I greatly appreciated. There was never one minute of high pressure sales, just the willingness to spend as much time as needed to answer every question we had. By the end of the day, yes, we spent an entire day there, we were able to make an educated decision on exactly what fit our needs. We got a fantastic deal. That was last week. Today I drove back down to pick up the unit and it got still better. Every one of the guys in the shop were very friendly and extremely helpful, answering even more questions and setting up my truck to pull the 5th wheel trailer we bought. Then I met Mike, the finance manager, shouldn't have suprised me......he was just like the rest of them...GREAT! I have to tell you, it would be worth driving half way across the United States for the deal we got, but worth driving even further for the buying experience!
